Please note that all non-sponsored conferences published by CPS are subject to a quality and scope review before being considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. All accepted papers must fall within the technical scope of the IEEE Computer Society and IEEE, not merely the scope of the conference. In addition, all papers must demonstrate a strong focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), including its theory, development, and applications. Conferences that do not meet the required quality or technical scope criteria may be rejected for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL). Indexing Information

The proceedings will be submitted for possible indexing in Scopus, Google Scholar, DBLP, Semantic Scholar, EI Compendex as applicable.
