All registrations include access to technical sessions and conference proceedings.
At least one author must register for inclusion of the paper in the proceedings.
The paper will be considered only after full registration payment.
No refunds are applicable after registration.
The publisher reserves the right to reject papers not meeting quality standards.
Offline participation (if applicable) is limited to conference schedule; travel and accommodation are self-arranged.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Payment Policy: Payments must be made online in INR or USD. Registration is confirmed only after full payment.

Terms: Registration must be completed before deadlines. Policies may be updated as per administrative or regulatory requirements.

Privacy: By attending, participants consent to photography/videography for official use.

Publication: Publication and indexing are subject to quality review and publisher approval.

Registration
